Did this drug **** me over?!?

okay, I have been thizzing for quite a while (taking ecstasy pills) and I have always felt great while on them, but its true when the drug starts wearing off 4 to 5 hours, I crash so bad and it sucks. I have never thizzed before but lately I have been at raves, and well I want to stop now, and I have :) but I made this decision just after I was at a rave and bought my pill off a stranger. He gave me an orange pill with the garfield sign on it and well he just said it would make me feel great, ive never taken it before. and well I tripped out real bad on that pill, i was seeing things and hearing things, nothing made sense and I literally felt like I was about to jump outta my own skin! I was scared so bad, well after all that...after I came back to normal, I have been feeling a little bit weird now. Its been 3 weeks and I still feel something weird in me, like I think crazy. I am not emotional and its hard for me to kinda like..have such a good time like I used to before...I also feel like im always lightheaded and now I can't focus for anything, im so distracted. Did this pill do this to me and will i stay this way now?
