Is the main objective of Tea Party founders to give focus to the fears of ordinary people, giving them targets?

I am surprised they haven't already started arming them like Ghaddaffi in Libya did for his youth.. To be honest though I think the are a broken Flush... Americans have seen through them and they will be humiliated come 2012.
