Why is it that when you ask almost any American what is wrong with his or her financial life or their life in?

Blaming the people in charge for making decisions that effect our incomes is legitimate. Being annoyed that you have to buy hamburger and save up for something you want while at the same time watching someone pay for steak, candy and soda with welfare paid out of YOUR taxes, is a legitimate complaint.
