Why is there going to be a new Spiderman/Peter Parker actor in Spiderman 4?

Spiderman 4 is to be a re-boot meaning that it will tell the story over again in a different way with new actors. Also it won't be called Spiderman 4, it'll be titled The Amazing Spider-Man. It's just one of man reboots on the way.
