How come no one complained about the BET awards?

Yesterday Justin Beiber(17) flirted with and made sexual remarks towards Nicki Minaj(26) and there were NO complaints. Its a double standard, because a young boy underage boy flirted with an order woman, but if a underage woman flirted with an adult male, let alone a black male, he would have had hell to pay for years. Why is that?
