Does any one get tired of giving jerks phone numbers and thought they were nice?

When they never call, leave nasty voice mails, rude text messages, or rude remarks when talking to you. Why is it that after they do this they act like you're the jerk? When you haven't done anything wrong and wonder why they act this way? Do you some times get tired and want to change you're phone number all the time because out of the blue they have you're number and wanted another chance when they acted like a jerk on the phone before? And say how do you feel for me? What does this mean that they think that you will be there when no one else is? What makes people do this and try to waste more time doing this? If they don't like the person why do they act this way and ask us out for?
