How can i get my crush to talk to me first?

well, I am turning 14, and wen i was in like yr 4 i went out with this guy and we kinda stopped talkin 2 each uther for a couple years and im going into yr 10 now n i like him, alot. we havent seen eachother in ages and we talked on facebook, and he was really flirty bringin up our first kiss watching garfield 2 in the cinema, except hes a flirty guy, and he told me i shud come visit him and gaave me his address n fone number, n then he got a gf and they broke up a week later n he got anuther gf and i askd if he cud meet up he sed na i got a bday pik anuther day n his inbox stoppd workin but i dint no that then i thawt he was ignoring me so i stoppd talkin 2 him then i found out his inbox wernt workin and inboxed him my email ad but he dint add me and he sed msn aint downloadin then i sed if he can meet up this friday, he seemed fine and sed maybe leme chek, but he hasnt got bak to me and its thursday night, and im not going flirt or anything jus wana meet up as frendz, wt do u guys think? soz bout spelling, arghh! he is driving me insane!!
