Would you keep a penny stock for 10 years?

I'm talking about one of those stocks that are priced at about 1 to 5 cents, or maybe even one of those ones priced at .0006 cents a share. I'd be willing to wait that long in order to see profit. Didn't Warren Buffet get rich from Penny Stocks? Also, what do you think of Penny stocks after the recession is over?
