most likely if you do this style right off the bat for four hours a day you ll end up hurting yourself so you should Start of with 2 hours (insanity 1 and jump rope 1) then add in the other 2 the last month so you greatly reduce the chance of injury, and i do not know current weight and how intensely you'll be doing so i can not tell you about how much weight you will lose, and also this is more of a Muscle building training so instead you ll lose weight at first then gain weight do to muscle mass.
